Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for commercial customers for a well-known client at our location in Oldenburg.

Together with your team, you will solve inquiries, provide support to our commercial customers and always have a suitable solution at hand.
You will handle telephone and written inquiries from our customers and independently process them to completion. Thorough documentation and order processing are a matter of course for you.
You will assist and advise our customers on questions regarding orders, products, payment processing, and complaints, and make them happy with your problemsolving skills or ideas.
Identifying the needs of our customers in conversation comes naturally to you, and you offer them tailored products, thereby improving customer relationships.
In collaboration with other departments, you will optimize the customer experience and also support special topics and pilot projects related to customer service.

Qualifications:

Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have a passion for telephone customer service, also suitable for career changers.
You have a daily passion for direct customer contact and are a cheerful person, making it easy for you to communicate in a friendly manner.
