    *AAMCI pays a large portion of our team member costs for health insurance. AAMCI pays the entire amount for team member dental, vision, life insurance (two times annual pay) and long-term disability insurance. Paid Time Off is accumulated beginning after 90 days of full-time work. AAMCI matches up to 5% of 401k contributions for all full-time team members that have worked full-time for over a year, and begin contributing on an entrance date (January 1 or July 1). AAMCI team members are vested 100% in their 401k account from the first day they contribute. Maintenance team members also receive an annual work boot reimbursement up to $100. Maintenance team members also receive uniform collared shirts.*

    AAMCI is looking for a part-time Custodian/Porter for our 500 Units, Section 8/Tax Credit Credit community in Dayton, Ohio

    The community is an affordable housing community with Section 8 rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.

    Work hours are 8 am to 15 pm, Monday thru Friday. $14.00

    AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.

    **Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

    Upkeep of all community grounds

    Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter daily

    Assist in preparation of make ready units, including remove trash

    Assist maintenance team with snow removal (if applicable)

    Report any maintenance concerns for resolution

    **Qualifications necessary for success:**

    Ability to self-motivate

    Courteous

    Physically able to perform all duties required, including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors

    Reliable transportation

    Uniform shirts are provided for each team member.
