    Studio Science is looking for a Project Manager with proven success in managing complex digital design projects for enterprise-level clients.

    This role is designed to accelerate the agency's recent growth, and we invite applications from individuals who have experience overseeing the smooth production of all work -- from briefing researchers, strategists, designers, and developers, to managing client relationships and the delivery of successful outcomes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
    • Establish communication plans for clients
    • Facilitate all communication with multiple, cross-organizational contacts within the client organization
    • Lead kick-off and status meetings with clients
    • Record decisions, next steps, and notes during client meetings/calls and follow up with a written summary after each meeting/call
    • Facilitate both formal and informal (ad-hoc) status check-ins with clients
    • Partner with the company leaders to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential roadblocks
    • Follow up post-engagement with clients for post-project review, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related area of study; combination of education and experience also acceptable
    • 5+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Project Management, and/or Operations (preferably in a Professional Services or Agency setting)
    • Excellent partnership-building/maintaining skills
    • Previous experience working with creative and technical teams and an ability to translate and communicate industry terms to others in order to meet their needs
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects at any given time
    • Ability to make informed, strategic decisions under pressure
    • Ability to foster a positive and energetic work environment
    • Exceptional work ethic and a team player
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in visual, verbal, and written form to teams, clients, and company leaders
    • Ability to thrive in an environment of continual feedback; ability to address stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact
    • Ability to effectively work remotely and in a professional manner from home in a United States-based location
    • Availability and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and for occasional travel to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana
    • Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or anytime in the future

    It is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range for a given role at Studio Science. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Studio Science. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other team members. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our studio will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
