_ Job Summary:
_

As a Controller at thyssenkrupp nucera, you will play a vital role in financial oversight and strategic planning.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data to provide insights, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Collaborating with various departments, you'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and decisions-making processes, ultimately supporting the company's financial health and growth objectives.


_ Duties / Responsibilities:
_


  • Lead the preparation and analysis of management reports, offering insights into business performance, trends, and project financials.
  • Collaborate with department heads on project budgeting, rolling forecasting, and variance analyses, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
  • Oversee project controlling activities, monitoring costs, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
  • Actively support the introduction of a new ERP system, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Create financial models and tools to support the organization's operations and growth.
  • Work closely with project managers and teams to ensure financial data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of management accounting systems and processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations for resource allocation, project performance improvement, accurate cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance, project success, and ERP system effectiveness.

Education / Experience:
_**- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Controller position
  • Strong understanding of management accounting principles, project controlling and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with project management tools and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a focus on strategic thinking.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams, presenting financial information, supporting ERP implementation, and explaining financial models.

_**- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
