    JOB TITLE: Program Manager (Verde)

    JOB DETAILS: The Program Manager for South Dade Permanent Supportive Housing is responsible for the general oversight of the program at both Verde Gardens and Mother Seton Village. The program Manager will coordinate services with community partners to strengthen community participation and positive outcomes. The Program Manager will provide direct supervision to the services team (i.e., case managers and clinicians) and program oversight which includes but is not limited to, client screenings, eligibility interviews, intakes, case planning and caseload assignment. As well as entering and updating all proper data in HMIS Client Point and Shelter Point. The Program Manager position is also responsible for maintaining the highest quality services and efficiency while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments, programs, and other social service organizations. The Program Manager is an integral member of Camillus House and will also provide administrative support by collecting data and producing reports.

    Salary (Paid in US Dollars)
    $60,000

    Qualifications: Ability to understand and practice the mission of Camillus House.

    Education: Master's Degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; any appropriate combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
    Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional work experience in same or similar job role.
    Language: Proficiency in oral/written English. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; additional languages a plus (i.e., Creole).
    Skills: Proficiency in computer (Word, Excel, other data collecting programs).

    Requirements

    Successful completion of background screening, including but not limited to L2, OIG, and toxicology.

    Valid FL Driver License with clean driving record.
    Legally authorized to work in the United States.

    ABOUT CAMILLUS: For more than 62 years, Camillus House has provided a variety of programs to address the needs of individuals who are mentally ill and suffer from substance abuse disorders, with the end goal of helping them achieve housing stability.     Responsibilities:

    • Provides oversight of Verde Gardens and Mother Seton Village.
    • Works under the supervision of the Vice President of Housing.
    • Oversees and manages file review required for grant documentation and eligibility.
    • Conducts ongoing record keeping and client file management for quality assurance and audit preparation.
    • Reviews all Permanent Housing applications to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
    • Reviews all Housing Stabilization Plan to ensure case manager focus on longer-term stabilization goal for clients which address employment/income, money management strategies, family/parenting, interpersonal relationships, self-development, vocational/educational needs.
    • Refers participants to other community resources to gain support for goals and follow up to ensure referrals were completed. A referral may include providing or setting up transportation for a client to access the resource effectively. It may also mean accompanying them and/or setting up an advocate to attend a meeting with the participant. Resources may be external to the organization or internal (SOAR).

    Documentation

    • Documents and maintains up-to-date information on services provided in HMIS.
    • Places and maintains up to date information on services provided.
    • Places and maintains up-to-date grant mandated documentation in client hard copy file.

    Team Participation

    • Participates in staff meetings and other group activities essential for the operation of an effective service.
    • Participates in team discussions regarding client progress with possible solutions to ensure best support for the client's success.
    • Promotes good community relations and utilizes community services and resources.
    • Attends scheduled training program for professional development that includes, at a minimum, trainings require by Camillus house and by regulatory and accrediting bodies.
    • Assumes on-call responsibility as assigned.
    • Other Duties as assigned.
