    Description

    We are a distinctive aesthetics practice specializing in science-based, 'elegant aging' treatments. Our approach integrates expert knowledge with cutting-edge technology to customize treatments that highlight each individual's unique beauty.

    Role Description: We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated nurse or nurse practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll administer advanced aesthetic treatments and services, working closely with our team to ensure outstanding client care and foster positive experiences. While 2 years of experience is preferred, we're open to providing training for the right candidate.

    Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week including 2 Saturdays per month

    Compensation: $75+/hourly (based on experience and role) + commission

    What You Will Do:

    • Conduct thorough client consultations to grasp their aesthetic aspirations and concerns.
    • Educate clients on treatment options, benefits, and risks, including pre and post-treatment care.
    • Administer injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with precision.
    • Stay updated on medical aesthetics advancements, including injection techniques and skincare products.
    • Develop tailored treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and goals.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.
    • Prioritize client safety following established protocols.
    • Monitor for adverse reactions and provide post-treatment care instructions.
    • Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans and post-treatment notes.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training.
    • Provide excellent customer service for a positive client experience.
    • Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
    • Adhere to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain equipment.
    • Cultivate and retain a client base.
    • Assist with assigned duties.
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and integrity.
    • Build and maintain rapport with clients.
    • Enjoy developing relationships and interacting with clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid California license to practice as a Registered Nurse
    • Valid California license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (if practicing as an NP)
    • Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in California
    • Additional Specialized training in medical aesthetics and injectables (preferred)
    • Minimum 2 year's experience with neuromodulators, dermal filler injections, and other cosmetic treatments (preferred)
