Job Summary

  • The Assistant Recruiting and Operations Coordinator supports football recruiting and team operations.

Position Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and Assistant football coaches.
  • Schedule coach recruiting travel.
  • Manage recruiting databases.
  • Assist with team travel and practice logistics.
  • Serve as administrative contact for program constituents.
  • Prepare game plans and practice schedules.
  • Supervise student workers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Three or more years of related experience.

Additional Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite.
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required.
  • May require evening and weekend work.
