Job Summary
- The Assistant Recruiting and Operations Coordinator supports football recruiting and team operations.
Position Description
Responsibilities include:
- Provides administrative support to the Head Football coach, Football Operations Director, and Assistant football coaches.
- Schedule coach recruiting travel.
- Manage recruiting databases.
- Assist with team travel and practice logistics.
- Serve as administrative contact for program constituents.
- Prepare game plans and practice schedules.
- Supervise student workers.
Basic Qualifications
- Three or more years of related experience.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Suite.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
- May require evening and weekend work.
