    Job Description

    We are seeking a front desk associate to become a part of our team You will accomodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
    • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Operate the POS Program taking in Clothes to process orders and payments
    • Maintain a clean and organized front end area
    • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

    Skills:

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns
    • Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions and providing correct change
    • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or other related fields.
    • Ability to build rapport with guests
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • English/spanish speaking preferred
