Your tasks:


As part of the personnel service team, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of payroll accounting, taking into account tax and social security regulations.


Your other tasks include:

  • Coordination and participation in social security and income tax audits, including correspondence with authorities, offices, health insurance companies, and social security agencies
  • Responsibility and handling of all operational processes from hiring to termination of employment, including entry and exit, employment contracts and certificates, time recording, company pension schemes, monitoring of deadlines
  • Concept development, compliance, implementation, and preparation of decision templates for current labor, social security, and tax legislation and company requirements in coordination with relevant departments, as well as decisionmaking for nonstandard individual cases
  • Management of reporting and certification, including support in the preparation of HR reports
  • Support and advice for employees, managers, management, and HR business partners on complex issues in all payroll, social security, and tax matters with special requirements (e.g. pension issues)
  • Collaboration with internal HR functions and departments, participation in inquiries from the audit department, and first point of contact for technical questions (e.g. auditors and external service providers)

Your profile:


  • You have completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in personnel administration
  • You have good knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • You have a high level of IT affinity and are proficient in using MS Office products
  • You have always been appreciated for your service
