    Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
    Setting: Orthopedics
    Location: Fort Wayne, IN
    Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm/5:00pm
    Pay: $23.00/hr, plus benefits

    The Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include:
    • Interview patients about their condition and pain levels
    • Prepare patients for provider exams
    • Assist with office procedures
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • LPN License
    • Previous experience preferred
    • Must be willing to drive to different orthopedic centers
