    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to fill an exciting 12-week contract-to-hire position for second shift operations at our busy pharmacy in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to expand their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

    Position Overview: As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting our pharmacists in prescription management and communicating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. This position requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to patient safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist pharmacists in filling prescription orders.
    • Verify prescription information and dosage.
    • Enter patient and order information into our pharmacy system.
    • Process and handle medications and instruct patients on proper medication use.
    • Manage inventory and restock supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients.

    Shift:

    • Monday-Friday:1:00pm - 11:00pm
    • Possible weekends.

    Requirements:

    • Pharmacy technician experience.
    • North Carolinapharmacy technician license.
