We are currently seeking dedicated employees (m/f/d) for the night shift at the hotel reception in Independence, IN, starting immediately (or by agreement).

This position is available in full-time, part-time, or on a temporary basis.

Are you comfortable working night shifts? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you. The position as a receptionist (m/f/d) at the hotel is suitable for older workers, career changers, and students.


Responsibilities:

  • As a night auditor, you will be responsible for tasks such as checkin and checkout, as well as creating various reports and statistics during the night shift at the reception.
  • A large part of your responsibilities will also include closing the day and preparing for our accounting.
  • Accepting reservation requests (both by phone and from walkin guests)
  • Assisting guests before, during, and after their stay
  • Responsible management of the reception cash register
  • Bar duties
  • House rounds
  • Other reception tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, some previous experience in the hotel industry
  • Willingness to learn and perform well
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Friendly demeanor
  • Selfresponsibility and reliability
  • Willingness to work night shifts
