WORK IN THE UNITED STATES

The Patient Business Services Rep II-Access Registration handles tasks related to patient registration for hospital or physician services. This role requires adaptability in understanding complex hospital systems to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and ensure accurate information collection. The representative must adhere to company, client, and federal guidelines in all interactions.

JOB SUMMARY:

Access Registration Tasks
Exceed productivity standards
Complete patient registration
Ensure accurate documentation of patient information
Support access registration and insurance functions
Follow up on eligibility and authorizations
Maintain quality and accuracy
Work independently
Prioritize tasks effectively
Share knowledge with team
Understand client host systems
Document actions and resolutions

Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations
Adhere to regulations and compliance policies
Maintain clear documentation

Maintain education and training in industry career development

Stay updated on rules and regulations
Attend training sessions
Implement new information immediately

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma
Minimum 1 year of medical/physician office experience
Basic computer skills including MS Office apps
(Additional education may substitute experience)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of communication regulations (HIPAA, TCPA)
Experience with Insurance payers
Remote working experience
Customer service dedication
Proficient in hospital registration and billing systems, Word, and Excel
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
