Support employees with everyday IT problems that cannot be solved by the first level.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling error messages on Windows clients and mobile devices
- Prioritizing forwarded requests and tracking them in a ticket system
- Solving technical problems through remote access
- Supporting the first level support through training and maintenance of knowledge databases
- Constant communication with customers via phone or email
- Referring to third level support if necessary
Your profile:
- Completed training as an IT specialist (system integration or application development)
- Career changers with relevant experience are welcome
- Experience in telephone contact with customers
- Proactive and solutionoriented work style
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
