Warehouse Associate II - Day Shift ONLY

Monday - Friday (8A - 5P)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Be a leader amongst the Warehouse Associates
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning & implementing efficient processes
• Metal repair including: hardware replacements and reshaping
• Lead regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring aisles are clear and products are properly stored
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in continuous improvement activities
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety guidelines
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and related efficiencyenhancing warehouse practices
• A working knowledge of production Work Instruction
• Experience in basic mechanical troubleshooting
• 2+ years experience in safely operating power tools and warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; especially when working alone.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks
• Forklift certification, preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership experience

BONUS POINTS IF YOU POSSESS:

• Welding experience
• Small engine repairs
• Garage door installation experience
