Job Description:
- Leading team for RMA processing and repairing, including sorting, testing and repackaging.
- Drafting RMA repair SOP, set repair standard working hours.
- Managing TOP 3 failures statistic report, typical failure analysis and return failure rate statistic report.
- Coordinating headquarter resources including manufacturing, production engineering and testing etc, cooperating with other teams and improving the efficiency of after-sales services.
- Work assignment for team members, holding training regularly and improving capabilities of team members.
- Equipments, Tools, Instruments maintenance.
Job requirements:
- Familiar with electronic product production process and have a good knowledge of basic warehouse management process
2. 5+years electronics manufacture and repair experiences,3+years of on-site management experience as supervisor or team leader, familiar with video camera industry is preferred

- Able to fully understand package testing SOP, reasonably arrange work assignments to ensure balanced operation of the production line
- Proficient in English, Chinese native speaker is preferred

Pay:
$8, $12,000.00 per month
