**Job Summary

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- _Answering phones and directing _calls to _appropriate _extensions _accurately and courteously. _
- _Efficiently _and _accurately _check-in and check-out Guests. _
- _Resolve Guests' _requests _and complaints _in a positive and professional _manner. _
- _Maintain _appropriate _records accurately. _
- _Take _room _reservations and _provide _Resort information to _those inquiring. _
- _Complete _the _appropriate _(AM or PM) _checklist and turn into Manager _for _each _shift. _
- _Update Guest _information _at _time _of check-in or when provided. _
- _Know _how to _operate TVs, _fan and _temperature _controls, _lamps, _and _telephones in Guest Rooms _to _assist Guests with these needs. _
- _Know _location _of all _safety equipment and _alarm _panels on property. _
- _Know _location _and operating _times of all amenities on property. _
- _Responsible for making _sure the _Front Desk _area, _as _well as the lobby, _look _clean _and _organized at _all _times. _
- _Responsible for maintaining _the _Front _Desk cash drawer _at its _appropriate cash _level. _
- _Assist _Guests and _Members _with any Concierge-type duties. _
- _Responsible for _providing STAR Service and _contributing _to _the _team _environment _ofLa Valle.**Day-to
