This opportunity offers exceptional compensation for the right person and requires travel throughout your region
regularly.Applicants must have working-knowledge in the flooring industry.
We offer a great compensation package including a base salary of $43,000 ($60k with verifiable experience)+ commissions, bonuses, PTO, company vehicle, health insurance and a 401K match up to 3.5%.
Applicants with verifiable rep experience in the wholesale or distribution network will receive additional compensation (Industry Experience and knowledge Bonus). Reps with verifiable experience will receive additional bonuses.
Position requirements are as follows:
Applicants must have working-knowledge in the flooring industry.
- Be comfortable with coldcalling, closing sales, and be available to service your region_daily_
- Requires travel throughout your region
regularly. - Have a solid sales background with a proven track record of success
- Able to pass a background check and a driving record check
- Ability and willingness to assemble product displays in retail stores (no more than 75lbs.)
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Territory Manager experience is a plus
National Flooring Products has a proven system and product offering allows for our sales reps to make 90K 160K
