Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Understands basic concepts, responsible for writing technical copy for various types of documents for a project of similar complexity.
- Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user manuals, and technical publications.
- Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and requires multitasking of projects.
- Works with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials.
- Must take direction well and be able to work well in a group environment as well as on their own.
- Coordinates layout and design of documents
- Will have interaction with clients and expected to perform in a professional manner and present a professional image at all times.
- Some travel may be required.
- Some experience in a Technical Writing program of similar scope, type, and complexity required.

- Assist in the creation and improvement of company products.
- Identify solutions to unique and complex problems.
- Required to follow all company and departmental procedures.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong project and multitasking skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to occasional climb ladders and crawl underneath trailers
- Work in airconditioned office, outside and workshop.
- Will be required on occasion to work more than 8 hours on one shift.
- Requires occasional bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying.
- Reaching or handling with arms, hands, and fingers.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to work with fingers (i.e. frequent typing)
- Normal vision with or without corrective lenses.
