  • This is a professional expert, short term temporary opportunity

Representative Duties:


  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Assist with all Basic Needs, Housing, and CalFresh Initiatives.
  • 3.Communicate with students/staff regarding CalFresh issues and questions.
  • 4.Participates in outreach efforts for signup, activities, and informational booths.
  • 5.Provide excellent customer service to meet our student expectations
  • 6.Perform inventory management on a weekly basis
  • 7.Maintain the Basic Needs Center clean, safe, and organized.
  • 8.Facilitates programs and collaborates with students, staff, and faculty to support student basic needs
  • 9.Pursue collaborations with local food banks and basic needs providers
  • 10.Pursue funding for Basic Needs and Cal Fresh Outreach efforts.
  • 11.Serve as an advocate and information resource to students, faculty/staff, and the BC community/stakeholders regarding the specific basic needs of students.
  • 12.Assists in the coordination and implementation of university community outreach efforts, including, but not limited to, involvement fairs, orientation events, and early college registration events.
  • 13. Pantry Driver for Food Runs
  • 14.Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


Any combination equivalent to:
graduation from high school


Knowledge and Abilities:


Salary Range:


  • Hourly based on experience.
