Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday operations of assigned properties.
- Ensure that all properties are wellmaintained and in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- With guidance by and the direction from the respective Community Board of Directors, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to company management.
- Prepare budgets and handle voting for the community.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and the board.
- Conduct property inspections.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with various vendors to address maintenance requests promptly.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential and/or commercial properties.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in property management, customer service, and conflict management
- Familiarity with property management software such as Vantaca
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
