Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of assigned properties.
  • Ensure that all properties are wellmaintained and in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • With guidance by and the direction from the respective Community Board of Directors, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance to company management.
  • Prepare budgets and handle voting for the community.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and the board.
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with various vendors to address maintenance requests promptly.

Experience:


  • Minimum of five years of experience in property management, with a focus on residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in property management, customer service, and conflict management
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Vantaca
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay:
$65, $80,000.00 per year
