Description

As an energy efficiency specialist, you will strengthen our energy efficiency team in this newly created position.

Your main focus will be on managing our climate, refrigeration, and ventilation technology (chilled water systems, pumps, heat exchangers, control systems).

Together, we ensure a continuous increase in efficiency of our systems, taking into account legal and company requirements.

You will work across departments, for example with our data center locations, on-site operations teams, central engineering, or our measurement, control, and regulation department.

Your place of work will be Frankfurt am Main.

Your responsibilities

Collaboration across departments with internal contacts, especially our data center locations
Main point of contact in the team for the climate, refrigeration, and ventilation trade
Evaluation of existing systems, processes, and system settings for continuous efficiency improvements
Participation in and support of audits and assessments
Preparation and analysis of energy data using our energy management software
Support in achieving our goals in energy efficiency and sustainability

Your profile

Professional qualification as a mechatronics engineer specializing in refrigeration technology, refrigeration system builder, refrigeration system installer, or engineering degree
Further training as a technician/master in the field of refrigeration technology advantageous and/or energy consultant, building energy consultant desirable
Several years of professional experience in the field of technical building equipment (TBE) / building services engineering, preferably in the field of energy efficiency
