Overview
Help fuel Esri's growth and ability to enable organizations around the world to do amazing things with geography and GIS.
Your efforts will help us identify the people and companies who are trying to solve some of the world's most difficult problems and enable Esri to support this important work.
Responsibilities

Focus on customer success. Proactively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate Esri solutions. Work with sales teams to ensure a strong customer experience and timely handoff of accounts for ongoing opportunity management. Collect and share feedback on lead quality to support demand generation.

Communicate and collaborate. Work with sales management to develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging for customers. Participate in our team environment through meetings, marketing and sales campaigns, and proactively sharing within and across teams.

Learn and grow. Develop an understanding of Esri's products and services to execute proven processes and achieve your goals. Leverage CRM best practices and be diligent about creating and managing all data and activities. Learn from your team members and help the team continuously improve.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales, consulting, or client facing experience
- Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism
- Possess a desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
- Responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in your verbal and written communications
- Able to ask for and implement other's feedback in order to improve
- Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt to a changing work environment
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including basic spreadsheet familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, geography, GIS, or related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Software/SaaS experience in a sales or business environment
- Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors: commercial, utility, energy, state and local government, or federal government
- Knowledge or experience with Esri technology
