    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Concierge to oversee the daily operations of our corporate office. This pivotal role encompasses managing our conference rooms, enhancing client onsite experiences, and spearheading office organization and employee engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in serving our high-end clientele.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to clients and end-users.
    • Manage reservations, setups, and maintenance of conference rooms.
    • Handle a high-volume email inbox and manage the intake system for ticket requests.
    • Facilitate seamless communication with Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual departments.
    • Be proactive and mobile within the office space to ensure all client needs are addressed.
    • Direct company phone line calls to appropriate contacts.
    • Register visitors and guests in collaboration with the Security team, ensuring a smooth welcome process.
    • Ensure conference rooms are prepared and cleaned according to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Act as a central point of contact for all employee requests and queries.
    • Conduct end-of-day reports and restock office and conference room supplies as needed.
    • Assist with additional requests to support our team and clients.

    Requirements

    • College degree preferred.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Administrative/Hospitality roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Calendar scheduling, and other office management tools.
    • High energy individual with a 'White Glove Hospitality' mindset and demeanor.
    • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and deadline-meeting abilities.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills; a writing sample may be requested.
    • A team player with a positive attitude, capable of motivating peers.
    • Must be able to maintain professional uniform and grooming standards.
