The Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is responsible for the selection, provision, operation and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the specialist departments in their business processes with IT solutions, Schwarz IT collects the requirements of the specialist departments in consultation meetings and together with them develops professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for the HR department and consulting for the HR department for IT applications with a focus on SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
  • Selection, implementation and support of IT solutions in the HR environment
  • Recording and implementation of requirements, if necessary coordination of external service providers
  • Optimization of digital processes and support of the transformation of our system landscape
  • Harmonization and standardization of IT standards for HR systems
  • Coordination of cross-departmental topics for the companies of the Schwarz Group and/or sub-project management IT for group-wide projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or (business) informatics or comparable training and expertise
  • Extensive knowledge and several years of implementation experience in SAP HCM (PA, OM, etc.) and/or HR cloud applications
