The shareholders are the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Hildesheim e.
V., the Evangelical Lutheran Church District of Hildesheimer Land - Alfeld, and VinzenzSozialprojekte GmbH.

As part of a new appointment, we are looking for a professionally experienced and personally convincing individual as

Managing Director (m/f/d)

You represent the company externally.

In close and trusting cooperation with the supervisory board and contractual partners, you shape the development of GSKB and its construction tasks.

Your tasks:

Independent management of the company in all technical and commercial matters
Projectrelated work in all phases of the HOAI
Customer and contract acquisition, contract management, invoicing
Leadership and development of the team
Close cooperation and expansion of business relationships with the shareholders
Definition of tasks and work processes
Control and monitoring of work results

Your profile:

Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering
Ideally with additional qualifications in business administration
Management experience in the handling and control of construction projects in all phases of the HOAI
Indepth knowledge of construction planning law and public building law with building submission authorization in Lower Saxony
Comprehensive knowledge of dealing with listed buildings
Indepth knowledge of public procurement law (VOB)
Experience in leading employees
Business thinking and acting and a customer and goal
