Together with our team of Voice over IP experts, you will cover a wide range of conception, implementation, and maintenance of sophisticated telephony and communication concepts
You will be responsible for a range of solutions including VoIP telephony, DECT coverage and telephony, various integrations into existing software and systems, needs analysis, and comprehensive call routing - Our concepts are tailored to each individual customer and can be operated both in the cloud and locally
After a training period with the team, you will take on responsibility for the conception and implementation of our communication solutions for our customers
You will have a diverse range of tasks, including traditional project work, maintenance and optimization of customer environments, and collaborative development of existing and new solutions

You have successfully completed your university studies or training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
You have practical experience in one or more of the following areas: network technology (in-depth knowledge), VoIP or UC (advanced experience), theoretical or practical DECT coverage, DECT implementations, and/or ideally experience with Session Border Controllers (SBC)
You enjoy working with customers and have strong analytical skills
You have experience with products from Enreach (Swyx), AudioCodes, Ascom,
