OverviewEnterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Automotive Technician.
The Automotive Technician performs car service, repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and vehicle reconditioning service on a fleet of late model rental vehicles according to company policy and procedures – no customer interaction involved This position is located at our Service Center at 7710 Annapolis Rd, Lanham, MD We offer our Full-time Auto Techs a comprehensive benefits package including:ASE Certification reimbursement (whether you pass or not)

This position is full time and apart from religious observances requires you to be available 40 hours/week between Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm.
Compensation for this position is up to $40.00/hour, starting at $29.00/hour (4 ASE's Minimum) (additional compensation/hour for multiple current ASE's above the 4 minimum certifications + $2/hour for MD State Inspection)ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all mechanical repairs are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelinesComplete manufacturer required training and perform warranty and recall repairs according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.

Complete ADA installs as required upon completion of trainingMaintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and part(s) used during the repair.

Comply with part and inventory tracking proceduresProvide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of all servicesUtilize multiple manufacturers' websites, software and diagnostic toolsMay process new fleet, LOFR, tires, fuel reclamation or buy backsUpdate job knowledge by participating in company and manufacturer approved training or other industry related trainingFollow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standardsMaintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standardsPerform related duties as required.

Two years of automotive repair training at an accredited technical / trade school ORA minimum of one year ofrepair experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehiclesAt least four (4) ASE Recognized Certification (A1-A8, L1 or L3)Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 yearMust be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testingMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
