The district of Potsdam-Mittelmark is currently looking for a


Project Manager for Broadband Expansion and Administrative Officer for Economic Development (m/f/d).
Your work will be based in
Bad Belzig and will require a weekly working time of 39 hours.
The position is permanent and classified in pay group 11 TVöD (VKA).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising the municipalities in the district on all matters related to broadband expansion and maintaining dialogue with key players in the field
  • Preparing and conducting information events
  • Securing funding for broadband expansion and managing the administrative process and financial reporting with the funding provider
  • Initiating, coordinating, and creating broadband coverage analyses, as well as monitoring and reporting on implemented measures
  • Promoting the economic location by initiating, developing, and implementing strategies and concepts
  • Collaborating with scientific institutions to support innovative projects
  • Issuing grant decisions for economic development measures in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark
  • Participating in economicspecific working groups and networks
