Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Department: Finance

Location: St. Paul, MN (on-site)

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting for US and international businesses, US parent company, and international holding company.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• to: Global Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide financial analysis to internal customers and parent company.
• Produce budget, forecasts, variance analyses, executive-level presentations.
• Develop reports and dashboards to assist internal customer with driving the success of their department and the overall business.
• Complete month-end consolidation of multiple international entities with US business.
• Complete quarterly reporting for publicly traded international parent company.
• Accept other responsibilities as assigned.
• Complete training as identified by standard operating procedures and procedural work instructions.
• Regular attendance is an essential job function.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures relating to confidential proprietary information (CPI) including, but not limited to, what is outlined in the Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field
• Analytics, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Advanced Excel and BI tool skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-

ranging backgrounds

• Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Outstanding analytical, quantitative and social skills
• Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and

solve creative challenges

• Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Foundational knowledge in IFRS a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing business a plus
• Previous experience in public accounting is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
• Ability to work within a multi-national corporate environment with overseas subsidiaries
• Ability to effectively communicate in English. Excellent written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Will be required to regularly sit for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and see. The environment is fast paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. Will be required to regularly multi-task between projects, move throughout the office building and effectively communicate. The normal environment is quiet and typical of an open office setting with some areas that may be louder at times; along with time spent on the production floor, where the environment can be louder due to equipment running.
• Currently Finance is operating on a hybrid working model with time working remotely as well as in the St Paul office.
• Some travel may be involved, both domestic and international.
