Demand Generation Manager

This is a full-time, Chicago-based hybrid position. Open to remote out of Boston or New York

Job Summary:


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads
  • Collaborates closely with sales to understand their targets and lead crossfunctional strategic programs from topoffunnel lead generation to strategic multichannel ABM campaigns
  • Vet contacts that come through inbound channels and pass qualified leads to the sales team with relevant background information to enable informed followup
  • Own campaign contact lists, including list synchronization between MailChimp and Salesforce, list development, and list maintenance
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue
  • Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing for tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing rollup reporting to senior management
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (MailChimp preferred)
  • Experience in fintech/finance/software preferred
  • Independent drive for results with the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
  • Adaptability through periods of change and growth
  • Ability to multitask based on prioritization and time sensitivity
  • A portfolio of produced marketing work

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or fintech
