The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for assisting in the delivery of behavioral and treatment goals to children with autism and other developmental disabilities


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives general direction and works under the general guidance of the BCBA, and collaborates with others
• Supports and assists with the completion of daytoday tasks and activities in accordance with the treatment plan goals and objectives.
• Gathers, assembles, and organizes materials, as appropriate.
• Assists with data collection, graphing, and reporting of child learning progress.
• Provides general feedback and updates to BCBA regarding activities, tasks and general observations.
• Participates the training process of newly hired behavior technicians.
• Demonstrates adherence to applicable insurance requirements, ethical standards, andother related policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ensures a clean, safe, attractive and functional daily therapy environment.
• Monitors children for signs of child abuse, and reports incidents of suspected abuse toappropriate staff and personnel immediately.
• Maintains proficient understanding and working knowledge of Applied BehaviorAnalysis.
• Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics.
• Adheres to all policies, procedures and standard practices TOAH
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 32 per week
