We are looking for an exceptional person who is outgoing, highly organized, capable of multitasking and enjoys helping people.

The receptionist should be able to communicate and be aware of the timing of all services and procedures in order to maintain an efficient flow.

Position:
Full Time/Part Time

Monday - Thursday, & Saturday

*Preferred to have an availability on Saturday

Job
responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival
• Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments
• Preparing appropriate paperwork for incoming patients, managing patient files, and ensuring the patient information is documented in the clinic system
• Processing patients reminders and patients payments
• Monitoring inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Maintaining appearance and comfort of the waiting room

Skills and knowledge

Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, capability to learn quickly, and follow directions.

No experience is required. Proficiency in another language such as Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

*First round of interviews will be conducted via phone.
