Due to the constantly growing demand, we are looking for an Accountant (Accounting / Financial Controlling) (m/f/d) to join our team in Marion, IN as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone with a strong affinity for numbers and typical accounting skills, combined with a willingness to experiment and have fun using innovative software.


Responsibilities:

  • Fully digital invoice verification and allocation
  • Informing utility and metering service providers about tenant and owner changes
  • Contract creation and security deposit reconciliation
  • Posting of settlement balances and monitoring of payment reconciliation
  • Outofcourt debt collection
  • Preparation of VAT returns and transfer of accounting in DATEV format to tax advisors
  • Preparation and submission of owner reports
  • Communication with owners and tax advisors or auditors

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training in the real estate industry or
