Human Resources Clerk - Dulles Town Center, United States - Oceanic Enterprises
Description
A challenging task:
- Support in all administrative and operational issues in a national and international environment at Dulles Town Center.
- Responsible for the German monthly payroll and time management of a defined group of employees.
- Assistance in monitoring, reviewing, and approving salary data from our international branches.
- Support in personnel recruitment - from creating job advertisements to conducting interviews.
A convincing profile:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (industrial clerk, tax clerk, etc.) or a degree with a focus on human resources or similar.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in a medium-sized work environment or in a tax office and have gained initial experience in payroll and salary accounting.
- You enjoy communicating confidently with people at all levels in both German and English.
- You are motivated to contribute to the company's success and strive for excellence in your work.
