Dispatcher/Team Leader for our Mechanical Shift (m/f/d):

Location:
Perth Amboy, NJ

The Perth Amboy location is the largest European production site for Essity, with 1200 employees in production.

It is the only site that operates an integrated production process, meaning the entire processing process from raw material wood to finished hygiene papers takes place on site.

Your main responsibilities:

Troubleshooting mechanical disruptions throughout the plant (4shift operation, 24 hours/day, 365 days/year)
Team leadership (1 dispatcher, 2 craftsmen)
Conducting planning work
Assessing damages and repairing gearboxes, fans, rotary valves, etc.
Promoting workplace safety (training, QRP cards, etc.)
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

You bring with you:

Completed training as an industrial mechanic and further education as a master or technician
Driver's license for cars, forklifts, and cranes
Strong sense of workplace safety
Willingness to work extra shifts when necessary
Experience with MS Office and SAP modules MM and PM
