As the Sales Manager at Cecil Atkission Motors Uvalde, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve dealership sales goals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a management role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to drive sales, hiring and training the sales team, and overseeing daily operations of the sales department.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed
• Hire, train, and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell vehicles
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales goals, strategies, and company updates
• Create and maintain a positive and customerfocused sales culture
• Ensure all sales processes and procedures are compliant with company and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
