    Description

    We are in search of a Chief Mechanical Engineer to lead a dynamic team of designers and engineers, particularly with expertise in Power Generation.


    The Chief Mechanical Engineer will be an integral part of our close-knit team of dedicated professionals. Our projects are diverse, fast-paced, and technically demanding. Specializing in engineering design services for the energy and industrial sectors, we handle detailed engineering projects, FEED studies, and support Owner Engineer's mandates. Expanding into cutting-edge energy technologies in the Power and Industrial markets, we offer comprehensive solutions to our clients.

    As a Chief Engineer, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, from defining project scopes and staff hours for proposals to overseeing project assignments and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, collaborating with various offices, approving calculations and documents, and nurturing the professional growth of team members.

    • Commitment to cultivating strong professional relationships with colleagues, consultants, and Clients.
    • Ability to conduct accurate calculations and assessments.
    • Proficient in creating and reviewing calculations, drawings, and specifications.
    • Knowledgeable in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
    • Familiarity with ASME B31.1 and ASME Section VIII standards.
    • Basic understanding of pipe materials, valves, and control systems.
    • Possible occasional travel to project sites or other locations.
    • Recruit top talent to bolster your team's capabilities.
    • Provide guidance to mechanical team members.
    • Engage in Business development initiatives as needed.
    • Assign personnel to projects and plan for future staffing needs.
    • Collaborate with Chief Engineers from other disciplines.
    • Offer technical support and resources.
    • Ensure project requirements are met.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams, partners, and Clients.
    • Mentor and foster the development of team members.
