 in Tempelhof-Berlin is looking for you as cheerful everyday heroes to support us in various activities and programs for our little and big protégés (ages 9-20), such as:

Using your imagination and creativity to create crafting, drawing, and painting adventures

Leading various sports activities as energetic role models

Welcoming young people to the youth center with your humanity and warmth

Being friendly and open in your interactions with children and teenagers during our fun activities (e.g. table tennis, soccer, painting, homework, crafting, etc.)


You could also support us with daily tasks around the youth center, as we are busy from Tuesday to Friday between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.


Your superhero qualities should include:

  • Experience working with children and teenagers, especially in group settings
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Flexibility and empathy for the needs of participants and colleagues
  • Availability for regular weekly presence on one or two afternoons per week
  • The ability to communicate clearly and fluently in German


The number of heroic hours can vary between 2 and 8 hours on 2 days per week, depending on the agreed tasks.

For your superpowers, you will receive a fee of 12.50 euros per hour.
