- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support clients' progress and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in [Specify State].
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
