As a specialist in computer science, you will report to the on-site IT manager and be responsible for directly supporting the employees of the operations department.

This means providing direct support to those who enable the delivery of your purchased items.

You will work closely with the company, your colleagues, and remote support teams as an important part of a diverse team to ensure first-class IT support.

In doing so, you will continue to develop your skills in delivering high-quality results and constantly striving for improvement.
This is not a typical office environment, as it involves shift work for five days a week.
