Job summary
We are seeking a Director, Development to lead our team in designing and building data centers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in project/construction management and data center design.As the point of contact for new client builds and implementations, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Operations Team and Customer to ensure customer needs are met to high levels of expectation.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture,
a minimum of ten years progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities,
and five years responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers.
The position requires occasional travel up to 50% and experience managing multiple large projects.
