Security Guard/Driver - Outpatient Recovery Clinic
Part Time Hours:
Varying days under the following part time schedule - weekends are required:
- Saturday: 5:30 AM
- 10:30 AM (required)
- Sunday: 6:15 AM 9:00 AM (required)
- Monday
- Wednesday: 5:30 AM 11:30 AM
- Thursday & Friday: 5:30 AM 11:30 AM

Our team is the front line of our fight against the opiate epidemic.Our Mobile Unit:
We have expanded our treatment options in order to be able to provide much needed care for patients within the community.
Our teams are equipped with counselors and dispensing nurses that the patients would need from our facility, but within our mobile unit to high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.
Your Job as an Driver:
The Driver will drive a Company vehicle to transport patients either to specified locations or drive our Mobile Van treatment unit to the specified treatment access destinations.
Our mobile team will travel to the Quincy, MA area and will serve as an expansion of our existing Brockton
Comprehensive Treatment Center.
Your Job as a Security Guard:
The Security Guard is responsible for monitoring any and all persons and/or vehicles entering or leaving clinic property. They will provide support to all staff as needed to ensure a safe environment is maintained. The Security Guard is responsible for safety and security communication to supervisor.
Your Responsibilities as a Security Guard:
- Assists, direct and monitors all persons entering and leaving the clinic property;
- Keeps accurate log books, as required; directs emergency personnel arriving on facility property and maintains flow of traffic during emergencies, such as fire drills;
- Communicates regarding incoming admissions, visits and deliveries to appropriate staff;
- Monitors parking area to ensure that no loitering or misconduct takes place, monitor lobby area, and do frequent sweeps of the entire building, always interact with staff and patients in a professional manner, report any suspicious behavior to the Clinic Director and/or supervisors; and,
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Clean driving record with no points
- Experience working in a healthcare or patient/customer facing setting preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in the security, corrections, or military field
- Must be comfortable with working in an addiction recovery environment
Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Driver's License required
- First Aid/CPR certification, preferred
