Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Education Administration or one of the respective division disciplines or related field; Significant teaching and/or administrative experience; Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge and experience with the utilization of Instruction Technology

  • Five years of supervisory experience at the college level; Twenty graduate hours in administration and supervision

  • Schedule and conduct regular and frequent division staff meetings to ensure effective flow of information between faculty and administration. Ensure that minutes are kept and distributed for the benefit of those unable to attend, with copy provided to Vice President for Instruction and Student Services.
