We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Office Manager and Administrative Team. This role reports directly to the Office Manager and involves executive support in a collaborative working environment.


Role Objective:


The Office Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing professional support to both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage confidential matters with discretion, especially those impacting firm operations.
  • Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and agendas to support organizational objectives.
  • Screen incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Assisting Case Manager with file room functions and organization.
  • Perform well in a fastpaced environment and handle additional duties as assigned.
  • Uphold confidentiality and exercise good judgment in all tasks.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing activities and promotional events.
  • Create and manage content for the company's website and social media platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate business needs for projects and meetings.
  • Experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
