We are currently looking for a
Customer Service Center Telephone Agent (m/f/d) for Großenhain to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Conducting all telephone conversations in a competent, serviceoriented, and salesoriented manner
  • Processing customer orders and requests
  • Providing information and answering questions about the bank and its services
  • Recognizing and forwarding general signals to the relevant functions in the market area
  • Ensuring smooth and timely processing of administrative tasks and customer requests in the CSC
  • Providing customer advice and selling standard products
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Acquiring new customers through telephone support for the bank's campaigns and promotions

Requirements

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
  • Experience in a call center
  • Good verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone voice
  • Friendliness, joy, and skill in dealing with people
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Sense of responsibility and customer orientation
