Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Perform payment posting functions including, but not limited to:
Communication liaison between clients and collection agency
Create placement packages and necessary documentation for collection agency process
Perform audits and track collection agency performance
Prepare invoices/credits for funds collected by the collection agency
Reconcile paid to member reports received from clients
Research and obtain payment information
Post payments/funds paid or credited directly to patients
Resolve balances not posted in billing software
Cross train to support other Accounts Receivable departmental needs and month end reconciliations
