Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about our products, services, and promotions
• Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
• Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently
• Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in English and Spanish (bilingual)
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
