Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about our products, services, and promotions
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
