- Promptly assists Account Manager and Account Executive in servicing and retaining of Transportation Accounts.
- Works to ensure that client retention goals are met by assisting Account Manager in providing a superior level of customer service.
- Processes and send Certificates, ID Cards, Evidence of Insurance and Binders.
- Processes and invoices endorsements.
- Prepare accounting reconciliation; audit payroll/sales comparisons and quick coverage summaries as requested by insured.
- Obtains and edits driver, vehicle, equipment, and locations schedules.
- Orders Loss Runs as requested.
- Shares in phone answering responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Ability to multitask
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active P&C license
- Prior insurance industry experience a plus
- Prior experience with EPIC a plus
