Job Duties

  • Presents and tracks Employee Orientation for both new hires and annual orientations
  • Part of process and executing staff training. Provides counsel to department leaders on training delivery.
  • Maintains the RELIAS Learning Program, develops position specific curriculum, conducts follow up training and inservices.
  • Works in conjunction with the HR Director to support the Smith Career Advancement Program.
  • Develops and provides direct oversight for employee retention programming. Tracks data and makes appropriate operational recommendations.
  • Manages Worker's Compensation Incidents/Accidents including supervising those on modified duty.
  • Manages Safety Program including site audits, job evaluations, training, and inservices.
  • Responsible for the management of Family Medical Leaves

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in managing Worker's Compensation, FMLA, and training and development:
